Introduction

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed with Rumaisa Fashion (“we,” “our,” “us”) are processed, shipped, and delivered across Pakistan.

  • By placing an order, you agree to the terms described in this Policy.
  • We currently deliver exclusively within Pakistan.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after verification of customer and payment details.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfer (DBT) orders, processing begins only after manual verification of stock availability and customer information.
  • For DBT orders, payment confirmation is required before dispatch.
  • Customers receive automated order emails from officialrumaisafashion@gmail.com confirming order receipt and subsequent status updates.

Delivery Partners

  • We primarily use TCS for order delivery.
  • Other local courier services (e.g., Pakistan Post or others) may be used when necessary.
  • Once dispatched, customers receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery times vary based on location and courier performance.
  • Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 working days after dispatch.
  • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Charges

  • A flat delivery fee of PKR 300 is applied to all orders, visible at checkout.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where a verified defect or error occurs on our part.

Delivery Verification & Contact

  • Customers may be contacted by WhatsApp Business or email for delivery confirmation or clarification of shipping details.
  • Orders may be delayed if customer verification is incomplete or inaccurate.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that fail verification or are deemed fraudulent.

Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to two times.
  • If unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled and returned to us.
  • For COD orders that are repeatedly uncollected, future COD privileges may be restricted.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate and complete.
  • Rumaisa Fashion is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Order Inspection

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.
  • If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, it should be rejected immediately, and officialrumaisafashion@gmail.com should be notified with supporting evidence (e.g., photos).

Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking information is provided once an order is marked as “Processing” or “Shipped.”
  • Customers can track shipments through the courier’s official website using the tracking number provided in the email.

Delays Beyond Control

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, strikes, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updated delivery expectations.
