Refund policy

Introduction

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers may request returns or refunds for products purchased from Rumaisa Fashion (“we,” “our,” “us”).

  • By placing an order, you agree to the terms described in this Policy.
  • This Policy applies to all retail customers within Pakistan.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of error or defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Custom-stitched, altered, or made-to-order products.
  • Intimate apparel, undergarments, or accessories for hygiene reasons.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or unauthorized alteration.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, email officialrumaisafashion@gmail.com with your order number, photographs of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you on how to send the product back.
  • The customer must ensure that the returned parcel is securely packed to avoid further damage.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a verified defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect size ordered), the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
  • For Direct Bank Transfer (DBT) orders, refunds may require confirmation of your bank account details for processing.
  • Delivery charges (PKR 300) are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Exchange Requests

  • Exchanges may be offered for the same product in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued according to Section 6.

Verification and Contact

  • We may contact customers via WhatsApp or email for return verification and coordination.
  • Failure to respond to verification requests within a reasonable time may delay or void the return process.

Rejected Returns

  • We reserve the right to reject a return if the product does not meet eligibility conditions.
  • In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Modification of Policy

  • Rumaisa Fashion reserves the right to revise this Policy at any time.
  • The updated version will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
